Getting Started
Creating Your Account
Getting started with Magick.Me is simple. Click the "Sign Up" button in the navigation bar and choose your preferred registration method: email/password or Google sign-in. After signing up, verify your email address to activate your account. Once verified, you'll have access to browse courses, manage your profile, and make purchases.
Finding Courses
Browse courses in our Course Catalog organized by category: Magick, Meditation, Tarot, Alchemy, Yoga, and more. Each course displays difficulty level, duration, instructor, and student reviews. Use filters to narrow by topic, skill level, or instructor. Watch preview videos and read detailed descriptions to find courses that match your interests and goals.
Setting Up Your Profile
Personalize your learning experience by completing your profile. Click your profile icon and select "Settings" to add a profile picture, update your display name, set notification preferences, and configure privacy settings. You can also connect social media accounts and manage your learning goals from the profile settings page.
Course Access
Enrolling in Courses
To enroll in a course, visit the course page and click "Purchase Course" or "Enroll Now." You'll be directed to secure checkout where you can complete payment via credit card or PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, the course immediately appears in your Dashboard with full access to all lessons, materials, and forums. You own the course forever—no subscription required.
Video Playback Issues
If you experience buffering or playback issues, try these solutions: ensure you have a stable internet connection (minimum 3 Mbps recommended), update your browser to the latest version, clear browser cache and cookies, disable browser extensions that may interfere with video, or try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge supported). Our videos use adaptive streaming to adjust quality based on your connection speed. For persistent issues, contact support with details about your device and browser.
Downloading Materials
Each course includes downloadable PDF materials, worksheets, and supplementary resources. Look for download links beneath video lessons or in the "Resources" tab of your course. Videos cannot be downloaded for copyright protection, but you can access them anytime through your browser. Downloaded PDFs are yours to keep and use for personal study.
Tracking Progress
Track your learning progress from your Dashboard. Each course displays completion percentage, recently watched lessons, and remaining content. Mark lectures as complete using the checkbox next to each lesson title. Your progress is saved automatically and syncs across all your devices. Upon completing all lectures, you'll receive a certificate of completion.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through our secure hosted checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also appear inside Stripe Checkout on supported browsers and devices. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Managing Subscriptions
Magick.Me courses are one-time purchases, not subscriptions—you own them forever once purchased. There are no recurring monthly fees or auto-renewals. If you enrolled in any special subscription programs, manage them from your account settings under "Billing." You can view purchase history, download invoices, and manage payment methods from the same page.
Refund Policy
Request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you've watched no more than three course units. To request a refund, log into your account, navigate to your purchased courses, and click "Request Refund," or contact support. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. For exceptional circumstances after 30 days, contact our team—we evaluate cases individually. See our complete Terms of Service for details.
Invoices & Receipts
After each purchase, you'll receive a receipt via email. Access all your invoices from your account settings under "Purchase History." Each invoice includes course name, purchase date, amount paid, payment method, and any applicable taxes. You can download or print invoices for your records. For business or tax purposes, invoices include all necessary details.

Browser Requirements
Magick.Me works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for optimal performance, security, and access to the latest features. Internet Explorer is not supported. Ensure JavaScript is enabled and allow cookies from our domain. For the best video experience, we recommend a modern browser with HTML5 support.
Mobile App
While we don't currently have a native mobile app, Magick.Me is fully responsive and works seamlessly on smartphones and tablets through any web browser. For app-like experience, you can add Magick.Me to your mobile home screen: on iOS, tap the share icon and select "Add to Home Screen"; on Android, tap the menu and select "Add to Home Screen." We're exploring native apps for the future—sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
Streaming Quality
Our video player uses adaptive streaming technology that automatically adjusts quality based on your internet speed. For best results, we recommend a minimum connection speed of 3 Mbps for standard definition and 5+ Mbps for high definition. If videos buffer frequently, try lowering the quality manually using the settings gear icon in the video player. Close other bandwidth-intensive applications and ensure you're connected to a stable network.
Error Messages
Common errors and solutions: "Access Denied" means you need to purchase or log in to access the course; "Video Failed to Load" can often be fixed by refreshing the page or clearing cache; "Payment Failed" requires checking with your bank or trying a different payment method. For persistent errors, note the exact error message and contact our support team with details about when and where the error occurred.
Account Management
Reset Password
If you used the old Magick.Me site and have not set a password for the new platform yet, claim your account first. Otherwise, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure password reset link. Click the link in your email (check spam if needed) to create a new password. Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If you don't receive the email, verify you're using the correct email address or contact support.
Update Email
To change your email address, log in and navigate to your profile settings. Click "Edit Profile" and enter your new email address. You'll need to verify the new email by clicking a confirmation link we send to the new address. Until verified, your old email remains active. For security, we may ask you to re-enter your password when changing email. If you no longer have access to your current email, contact our support team.
Notification Settings
Customize which emails you receive from Magick.Me. Go to Settings > Notifications to manage preferences for: course updates, new content announcements, promotional offers, community activity, and account security alerts. You can opt in or out of each category independently. Note that critical security notifications (password changes, login alerts) cannot be disabled. Unsubscribe links are also included at the bottom of every email.
Privacy Settings
Control your privacy from Settings > Privacy. Choose whether to display your profile publicly, show your course progress, or appear in community member lists. You can also manage data sharing preferences and download a copy of your personal data. We never sell your information to third parties. Review our comprehensive Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your data. To delete your account and all associated data, contact our support team.
Community
Discussion Forums
Connect with fellow students in course-specific discussion forums. Each course includes a dedicated forum where you can ask questions, share insights, and learn from others' experiences. Forums are moderated to maintain a respectful, supportive atmosphere. Access forums from within your enrolled courses or from the Community section of your Dashboard.
Community Guidelines
Our community thrives on mutual respect and genuine curiosity. We expect all members to: be respectful in discussions, avoid spam or self-promotion, protect others' privacy, stay on topic, and approach different viewpoints with open-mindedness. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior results in warnings or account suspension. We're committed to keeping Magick.Me useful, respectful, and safe for course discussion and student support. Connect with Others
Build connections with like-minded learners. Follow other students, join study groups, participate in course discussions, and attend live Q&A sessions with instructors. Your profile page shows your interests and courses, helping you find others on similar paths. Many students form lasting friendships and study partnerships through our platform. Respect privacy—not everyone wants to connect publicly.
Live Events
Join live webinars, Q&A sessions, workshops, and special events with instructors and guest speakers. Events are announced via email and in your Dashboard. Some events are exclusive to course enrollees, while others are open to the entire community. Live sessions often include interactive elements like Q&A, polls, and breakout discussions. Recordings are typically made available afterward for those who can't attend live.
