How can I stay informed about new course releases, podcasts, and sales?

On the home page, you'll see a Sign Up button at the upper right hand corner. Once successfully signed up, you will be added to the subscribers list.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card (via Stripe) or PayPal. As of now, it is not possible to pay through money order or phone.

Are payments fully secured?

Yes. All payments are handled externally by PayPal and Stripe, the industry leaders in 100% secured Web payments.

How is Core Curriculum (a.k.a. Start Learning Magick) different from the megacourse intensives like The Adept Initiative or The Alchemy of Chaos?

The Core Curriculum consists of the full library of courses listed on this page. It includes The Magician's Workshop as well as Office Hours, where subscribers can ask Jason questions about their studies and practice.

The new megacourse intensives, launching in 2020, are massive, in-depth training programs over an extended period of time, and are not covered by a Core Curriculum subscription.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time.

What if I'm unsatisfied?

If you decide you aren’t completely satisfied after watching the initial units of a course, you may contact our support team to request a full refund. We want you to feel totally confident in trying out our courses, so we’ve removed all the risk. Please see our refund policy below, which outlines the parameters for specific types of courses and subscriptions.

I have a personal question for Jason.

Hey, that’s great you’re so engaged! Jason does not answer questions through email. However, you’re welcome to ask him questions directly during the live Office Hours sessions, which are available to site subscribers. You can find out more here.

When is Office Hours?

Office Hours usually take place every other Sunday, and are available to active site subscribers. We update the upcoming Office Hours schedule shortly after each Office Hours session. To see dates for upcoming sessions, log in with your account and check out this page.

Can I download course video/audio?

While we want to be as accessible to students as possible, we unfortunately can’t enable downloads of course material in order to prevent online piracy.

I have a physical or mental health challenge. Can you help?

As we are not mental or physical health professionals, we unfortunately cannot give you advice in this area. Please seek the advice of a qualified and registered medical or mental health professional. REFUND POLICY

Refund Policies by Course:

  • All refund requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase, emailed to [email protected].
  • If you’ve purchased a monthly or annual subscription package (Start Learning Magick), you may contact our support team any time before opening your seventh unit (that's six units total, across all courses included within the subscription package), and within the first 30 days, to request a full refund.
  • If you’ve purchased any of the following courses as a stand-alone purchase, and not within a subscription package: Introduction to Chaos Magick; Magick & Mysticism of Buddhism; Hardcore Meditation; Entering the Enochian Universe; Advanced Chaos Magick; Magick & Art; Master the Tarot; Unlock Your True Will; Achieve Peak Mental & Physical Energy; Introduction to Banishing Rituals; Introduction to Astral Projection; Master the I Ching; Practical Psychic Protection; Introduction to Lucid Dreaming; Psychic Ritual Magick, you may contact our support team any time before opening your fourth unit, and within the first 30 days, to request a full refund.
  • If you’ve purchased any of the following intensive courses as a stand-alone purchase, and not within a subscription package: The Adept Initiative, The Alchemy of Chaos, The Fortuna Working, The Astrology of Wealth, you may contact our support team before opening your fourth unit, and within 30 days of purchase, to request a full refund. If you’ve purchased a promotional bundle (such as The Complete Magick.Me Intensives), please note that the total units opened are cumulative, meaning that the three units opened will be counted across all courses in that bundle, not three units from each course.
