Introduction to Lucid Dreaming
In this class, I’ll be teaching, step-by-step, the skills to master your dreams and unlock the ability to have incredible lucid dreams.
The average person sleeps eight hours a night, during which time they have three to five dreams. For most people, these dreams are quickly forgotten in the morning and considered of no consequence. But for others—those who have mastered the skills of dreamwork and lucid dreaming—the world of dreams can open up into a second life, one that not only can offer incredible fulfillment and excitement, but also one which can improve one's waking life.
In this class, I'll be teaching, step-by-step, the skills to master your dreams, from remembering them in greater detail, to programming the types of dreams you'd like to have, to lucid dreaming—actually becoming awake and aware in your dreams. Along the way, we'll be touching on methods drawn both from modern lucid dream research (and even supplements that can assist lucid dreaming) and even some drawn from Tibetan dream yoga.
Your nights will never go to waste again.

What People Are Saying
"I'll admit that at first, I was skeptical of paying for an intro video despite how much I enjoy the Ultraculture blog and the small bit of Mr. Louv that I'd seen. I was so pleasantly surprised! What I got to see in the video challenged some of my previously conceived view points and provided insight on some topics that I was not aware of… Keep it up, Jason." – Josh F.
"The Lucid Dreaming seminar was well worth the time & certainly the cost. The discussion covered plenty of practical approaches which could be applied immediately, and also delved into other elements such as further reading to pursue & dietary supplements to aid in one's practice. In the month and a half since I took the course, my dream recall has significantly improved (I went from recalling basically nothing to filling multiple pages in my dream journal each morning), and I feel like I've gleaned valuable tools from the experience that will aid me for years to come." – Grant N.
